I can certainly see an evolution in my career as a ‘Woman in Tech’ who has been in our Industry for many years. I was impressed by Cyara’s efforts to continue to have a focus on more gender balance in our teams

What drew you to a career at Cyara originally and how has the company changed since? 

After 20 years of an exciting career in Global Telecom, I needed a new challenge. Developing a region from scratch for an innovative SaaS player like Cyara sounded ideal. I was the first French native employee in EMEA when I joined, and 1 year later, we’ve grown to be a much larger team who can speak French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese!

What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on? 

The variety of activities in my role is very enriching, so there is not really a typical day! Most of my energy is dedicated to prospecting, engaging with new potential clients in my region who had never heard of Cyara before, and show them how we can help them improving their CX. I also participate in adapting our marketing approach in France, translating our assets and building our brand in South Europe.

Tell us about your work life harmony at Cyara?

There is a genuine interest in supporting each other as colleagues, and trust from the upper Management, meaning the work/life balance is very easy to manage. My loved ones have noticed I look much happier since I joined Cyara! 

Describe your current role at Cyara

My role is to drive Sales of Cyara solutions to new logos in South Europe. This includes identifying ideal target clients for our products, nurturing their interest and understanding of Cyara’s value propositions; formulating winning proposals that address their business requirement which, in turn, is building a solid new list of referenceable customers to steadily grow our EMEA region.

How would you describe the culture at Cyara?

Cyara’s culture is inclusive, welcoming and genuine.

What has been the most empowering moment in your Cyara career journey?

When my first French prospects said our solution was impressive and wondered how he had never heard about it before.

What are you passionate about in your role?

I love the idea of continuously learning something new.

How does Cyara help support your sense of purpose in your career?

I thrive working in multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment and getting people closer despite distance. Also, I feel that what we sell is meaningful, and it is nice to know we bring actual value to our clients.

What have you gained from working at Cyara from a career perspective?

I used to work for very large organisations before but, at Cyara, I feel I’m part of a human adventure where I can have impact and my success is more visible.
