What drew you to a career at Cyara originally and how has the company changed since?
Cyara has rapidly grown since I joined. We have secured investment, acquired a company, released new products and grown so I have lots of new team members. Prior to joining I didn’t know much about Cyara, but during the interview process I was so impressed by the kindness, the care and emphasis of employee development that is offered to Cyarans.
What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?
A typical day in Cyara starts with a team huddle to discuss the plans and work for the week. I work with some of the largest financial, retail, and motor organisations to deliver Cyara software or training. I check in with the project management team to update on project status and, to keep on top of my game, I always try to fit in any internal training and my Manager also recommends and discusses any external certifications to help develop my skills further.
Describe your current role at Cyara
I am a Customer Delivery engineer. My role at Cyara involves delivering professional services or professional training in Cyara software. This can involve delivering software on-premise or delivering load tests, regression testing or advising on Cyara best practices.
How would you describe the culture at Cyara?

Showing the value of Cyara software to customers to achieve the results they require.
How does Cyara help support your sense of purpose in your career?
At Cyara I’m constantly developing internally. I have completed the Guru level certification and my Manager strongly supports the growth in my career. In our 1-1’s we discuss external certifications and I have already started working towards an ISTQB.
What have you gained from working at Cyara from a career perspective?
I have gained great experience in CX assurance testing and being part of helping global brands deliver outstanding experiences to their customers

The Best Ever – Cyara has recognised my performance and provided me a platform to consistently develop. I have a great work – life balance. I work with incredible people globally. I am always learning new things and career development is regularly discussed with plans created to get you where you want to be.
How has Cyara’s global approach to diversity helped you in your career so far?
In my region I volunteer with other department team members to promote diversity and inclusion in Cyara. Here everyone is encouraged to be themselves and we love a celebration. This year we have celebrated a lot of events from different cultures and backgrounds, and I have learnt a lot too. We also love to give back to the community. The team has recently organised a walk to raise money for charity.
