Regional Hire Signals Continued Company Growth; Enables Focus on Global Markets for Cyara’s Testing, Monitoring and Simulation Suite
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – July 23, 2012 — Cyara Solutions, a pioneer of next-generation premise and cloud solutions for testing, monitoring and simulation of interactive voice response (IVRs) and contact center systems and applications — today announced the hiring of Laurence Webb, a thirty-year IT veteran and former director of sales for Telstra’s outsourcing business. Webb is now Cyara’s general manager of sales for Australia and New Zealand.

Webb and his team will continue to serve and grow Cyara business among new and existing customers including financial services companies, telcos, utilities and government agencies in Australia and New Zealand.
