Cyara’s Upgraded Platform Delivers an Advanced Virtual Agent and Deeper Visibility for Platform Admins

REDWOOD CITY, CA – September 01, 2016 — Cyara Solutions Corp. announced today the release of its 6.4.0 platform, which deepens the ability to audit and assess the user activity on the Cyara platform, enhancing its security features for platform administrators. Cyara is the market-leading omnichannel discovery, testing and monitoring platform, which helps to accelerate the delivery of flawless customer experience at scale.

Cyara now increases the visibility for enterprise companies to view user activity on its applications for security and audit purposes. The new features include enhanced security logging and also allow administrators to track down information more easily, troubleshoot, see if users have accidentally deleted or moved information and also track login and applications use, and more.

Cyara’s Virtual Agent is also enhanced with increased flexibility which makes it easier for enterprise companies to validate how calls are routed. Companies using Cyara can now classify a call and validate the call data based on a classification. This increases the flexibility of Virtual Agent and makes it significantly easier to validate call routing data for complex scenarios.
