The report recognized Cyara as cool for its omnichannel and technology-agnostic customer experience testing and monitoring platform. Pointing out that the platform is an “all-in-one” scripting, reporting, collaboration and management portal for all customer experience testing, the report also noted that the integrated online interface is easy-to-use to manage deployments risks and keep projects on time.
The report also credited automated testing with increasing the pace of innovations. Specific benefits realized from this increased pace are the ability to introduce new channels and deliver projects on time and on budget.
One of the key findings from the report notes that, “As customer behavior evolves, frequent changes in a customer engagement center are necessary, although managing change can be a challenge.” One recommendation is to “deploy agile testing technologies to test load and functionality changes at any time in the customer service environment.”
