Who is eligible to register for training at Cyara Academy?

Anyone can register to undertake training at the Cyara Academy. Typically we’d expect current or prospective Cyara customers and partners, however anyone the testing industry that is looking for experience and potential Certification is welcome to register.

What is the registration process?

What is the cost of a course?

Course costs will vary based on the duration of each course. Prices also vary between regions.

How can I pay for a course?

These courses can only be paid for by Purchase Order. For details, contact your local Cyara Account Executive or contact the Academy directly via training@cyara.com

Do you send out course enrollment confirmations?

Once payment is received, an email will be sent to confirm your enrollment of the course(s).

What are the typical class hours?

Each class day typically starts around 9:00am and finishes around 4:30pm.

What do I need to bring to a class?

For classes run at Cyara Academy locations, we will provide all the necessary infrastructure and course material. Personal laptops may be brought into a classroom. If a course is to be run at a customer site, the customer will provide the necessary infrastructure for each of their students.

Will I have internet access and/or phone access in my class?

For classes run at Cyara Academy locations, internet access will be provided.

Are there any course prerequisites?

There are prerequisites for some courses. Please refer to each course for information about these.

What do I do if I need to cancel my enrollment in a class?

A full refund will be credited if an enrollment is cancelled at least 10 business days prior to the start of the course. Companies will be charged for the full amount if cancellation is initiated within 10 business days of the start of the course.
