Cyara’s New Direction & Leadership

In my role as CEO of Cyara, I am dedicated to driving customer-centric innovation, expanding our global reach, and positioning Cyara as a leader of GenAI-powered CX assurance. With over 25 years of experience in scaling businesses and striving for excellence at every turn, I am eager to leverage my love of technology and passion for serving customers and assisting companies along their journey to grow and deliver millions of flawless interactions. Previously, I also served as President at Cyara, with the goal of scaling our leadership team and propelling our brand to the forefront of the CX industry.

New Executive Team Drives Innovation with Wealth of Experience

Since the beginning of my tenure at Cyara, I have been working to expand our executive team with experienced individuals that capture our goals of driving innovation and delivering exceptional service to our customers. With each appointment, Cyara has greatly benefited from a wealth of experience and decades of combined expertise from leaders at the top of their fields. Together, I believe that we can lead Cyara to exceed expectations and continue our path as a foremost leader in AI and in the CX industry.

Our most recent additions to the executive team include:

• Brian Brady, Chief Financial Officer – For over two decades, Brian has consistently demonstrated his leadership capabilities and ability to build high-performance teams through data-driven processes and technology-led tools.
• Mitch Risner, Chief Revenue Officer – With over 20 years of sales experience and over 15 years in sales leadership, Mitch has a proven track record of success in building high-performing global enterprise sales organizations.
• Jeff Lyons, Chief Customer Officer – Jeff’s robust background in go-to-market strategy and delivery expertise includes over 30 years of enterprise software experience.
• Raj Gupta, Chief Technology Officer – With over 20 years of experience leading engineering teams, Raj has a strong track record of driving global product development efforts and innovation across a wide range of sectors, including artificial intelligence, supply chain, and customer experience. 
• Janet Vito, Senior Vice President of Marketing – Janet holds over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams to drive revenue growth in dynamic, technology-driven environments.
• Ruby White, Senior Vice President of Human Resources – With over two decades of HR leadership, Ruby focuses on nurturing talent, fostering trust, and aligning clarity to empower individuals to reach their full potential.
