As we look forward to the upcoming holiday season, I am extremely grateful for all of the recent support I’ve received since stepping into the role of CEO. I’m excited for the future of Cyara and our renewed customer-centric focus.

Progress and Achievements
We have continued to make advancements in our AI-led CX Assurance Platform, including Generative AI (GAI) Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities in Botium. We’re thrilled to welcome 51 new enterprise businesses, embarking on a shared journey of innovation and growth together.
In addition, we welcomed a new key executive to our team, Raj Gupta, Chief Technology Officer, all the while, our business has gained significant momentum with SaaS growth up 37% in quarter three, and 19% year-to-date (YtD). In September, Cyara proudly became an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect Certified partner, now listed on the AWS Marketplace. Our partnership with AWS continues to grow, with an exciting new campaign launching in APAC later this year.

Platform Excellence and Security Enhancements
Our Platform uptime has been at a near perfect 99.9% since January 1, 2024. Overall, Cyara assures over 225 million customer journeys each year, testing and monitoring over 12 billion seconds of customer traffic for hundreds of top Fortune 2000 brands.
We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance for our customers and partners. Recently, we deployed a new Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to enhance device security, implemented a next-generation Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) system, and upgraded our internal email filtering to better protect against phishing and other threats.
Additionally, we successfully deployed Okta for improved identity and access management across the organization. As part of our ongoing dedication to data protection, we have also started the ISO 27001 certification process and are proud to announce the completion of our SOC 2 certification, further demonstrating our commitment to safeguarding sensitive information.
Connecting at Industry Events
We showcased our AI-driven CX assurance innovations as a sponsor at Enterprise Connect AI in Santa Clara and at Customer Contact Week (CCW) Nashville. While there, we engaged with industry leaders, customers, and partners. Later this month, we will be a sponsor at the Call & Contact Centre Expo in the UK. We hope to connect with as many of you as possible in London!

Recently, we hosted three insightful webinars:
- “Maturing Test Automation Best Practices for Ensuring CX Excellence,” was led by representatives from Assurant, C1, and Discover Financial.
- “The Future of Agentless Experiences – Assurance of Chatbots and AI-led Agents,” featured Cyara’s CTO, Raj Gupta, and Senior Director of Product, Christoph Börner, who discussed the potential of agentless experiences and the future of chatbot-driven customer interactions.
- “Sources of Truth: Best Practices for Deploying Accurate, Aligned AI,” brought together industry experts to explore strategies for ensuring AI accuracy and trustworthiness.

This month, we will introduce Cyara’s DART AI™ Framework, which guides our integration of GAI across all product lines. DART AI™ ensures a unified, flexible approach to adopting the latest AI technologies, prioritizing customer value, speed to market, and security.
