Sushil Kumar
Chief Executive Officer
Sushil leads Cyara’s strategy and growth with a vision to redefine how enterprises build trustworthy, AI-driven customer experiences. A builder at heart, he has spent his career creating platforms that change how software is engineered, validated, and delivered. His focus is helping global organizations achieve new levels of reliability, speed, and customer trust.
Before joining Cyara, Sushil was the co-founder and CEO of RelicX.ai, a generative AI test automation pioneer acquired by Harness. He previously led major product and business organizations at Oracle, CA Technologies, and Broadcom, where he built and scaled category-defining AI, DevOps, and cloud solutions adopted by thousands of enterprises worldwide.
With more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth teams and multi-hundred-million-dollar product lines, Sushil is known for blending deep technical insight with a pragmatic, product-first approach to leadership. His work centers on transforming how modern software and customer experiences are created, making them more resilient, more intelligent, and more human.
Sushil holds a Bachelor of Technology from BIT Sindri and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Alka Tandan
Chief Financial Officer
Alka Tandan has built a career driving impactful growth in the technology industry with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and operations. Most recently she was CFO at Gainsight where she contributed to a transformative AI-driven strategy, achieving multi-product growth, profitability, and a successful exit to Vista Private Equity.
Alka’s leadership has encompassed finance/accounting, security/IT, M&A and strategy. Alka also has deep ties within the finance industry including being a limited partner for the venture fund Operator Collective, a founding member of F Suite (leading CFO network) and partnership with Forbes Finance Council.
Amitha Pulijala
Chief Product Officer
Amitha brings deep industry expertise and a strong track record of product innovation to her role leading product strategy, product management, and product marketing at Cyara.
She has more than 15 years of experience building and scaling global SaaS and platform businesses across customer experience, AI, and cloud communications. Prior to joining Cyara, Amitha served as vice president of product at Vonage and Ericsson, where she led category-leading, AI-first voice, video, and API platforms adopted globally by enterprises and developers, driving multi-fold growth and sustained market leadership. Earlier in her career, she held product and engineering leadership roles at Oracle, leading 0→1 platform initiatives and holding patents for multiple innovations.
Known for leading at critical transformation points, Amitha takes products from early innovation through enterprise-grade scale. Her leadership style emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strong customer empathy, and building teams that innovate responsibly.
Amitha holds a master’s degree in computer science and is an alumna of the Kellogg School of Management. She is based in the San Francisco Bay area, where she is a marathon runner, a lifelong classical music enthusiast, and a mentor to aspiring product leaders and young founders.
Eric Jones
Chief Revenue Officer
Eric leads Cyara’s revenue growth strategy, bringing 25 years of experience in the CX industry to a portfolio that spans CX assurance, agentic AI testing, and omnichannel monitoring. Before joining Cyara, Eric spent nine years at NiCE, where he built and led the National sales organization, driving new logo acquisition and executing on an AI-powered CCaaS growth strategy that made his team one of the company’s primary growth engines. Earlier, he held sales leadership roles at Avaya and Comcast Business. Throughout his career, Eric has developed the conviction that lasting revenue growth follows from solving real customer problems, not from selling products.
Eric is known as a high-energy executive who drives transformational change by building cultures of accountability from the inside out. He believes the difference between good teams and great ones comes down to accountability as a shared commitment. He builds sales cultures where ownership is explicit, expectations are mutual, and the behaviors that erode both are named and addressed directly.
Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in Management from Wittenberg University and lives in Indianapolis with his wife and four children. When he’s not working, Eric spends his time on the water or the slopes.
Scott Salkin
Chief Marketing Officer
Scott Salkin serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Cyara, bringing more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming high-growth technology companies. A seasoned SaaS executive, entrepreneur, and go-to-market leader, Scott has helped organizations grow from early-stage startups to global market leaders. At Cyara, he leads global marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives as the company helps enterprises navigate the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered customer experience.
Before joining Cyara, Scott served as Chief Marketing Officer at Virtuous and Gainsight, where he helped scale Gainsight from approximately $30 million to $300 million in revenue and establish its position as a category leader in Customer Success. Earlier in his career, Scott founded and served as CEO of Allbound, a venture-backed SaaS company he grew from inception to nearly $10 million in revenue before its eventual acquisition. His experience spans company building, category creation, brand transformation, and accelerating growth in competitive technology markets.
Scott is passionate about the intersection of technology, customer experience, and business growth. He believes the strongest brands are built by challenging conventional thinking, solving meaningful customer problems, and creating authentic connections between companies and the people they serve. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and people-first leadership style, Scott thrives on building high-performing teams and turning ambitious ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Based in Arizona, Scott is a proud father of three. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, supporting the local entrepreneurial community, and mentoring the next generation of business leaders.

Ruby leads Cyara’s global HR strategy to propel the company’s rapid growth. With over two decades of HR leadership, Ruby focuses on nurturing talent, fostering trust, and aligning clarity to empower individuals to reach their full potential. Her expertise in strategic human capital development and cultivating engaging cultures is instrumental in Cyara’s mission to revolutionize customer experience.
Prior to Cyara, Ruby held executive HR roles at leading AI-driven organizations, enhancing employee engagement and fostering cultures of innovation and inclusivity. With a rich background in leadership across diverse industries, including Ada, EagleView, and Napster, Ruby brings invaluable HR expertise to Cyara.
Ruby’s commitment to driving organizational transformations and navigating rapid growth underscores her vital role in Cyara’s success. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive and contribute to shaping the future of HR in a company leading the charge in customer experience innovation.
Ruby holds an MBA from Kelley School of Business and a MS in Global Management from Thunderbird. She is a devoted mother and animal lover based in the San Francisco Bay Area, who enjoys Peloton workouts, seeking out the ultimate dessert, and Lego building in her downtime.
