Cyara Adds Executives to Fuel Its Rapid Growth
Dan Nordale and Heiner Kruessmann Bring 40 Years Experience to Marketing and Sales
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA – Cyara Solutions today announced it has appointed Dan Nordale as Chief Marketing Officer and head of channels worldwide, and Heiner Kruessmann as the Director of Sales for the DACH region in Europe. Both positions are new ones for Cyara and represent the Company scaling its capacity to partner with enterprises to deliver remarkably consistent customer experiences. Cyara has grown through the innovation leadership of the Cyara Platform, and with a single-minded focus on its customers’ success. The additions of Nordale and Kruessmann reflect a focus on accelerating innovation and market reach. He’ll lead Cyara into new markets and scale our message that the Cyara Platform helps companies differentiate their customer experience and increase agility.” Nordale joins Cyara after leading Nuance’s enterprise marketing, moving the speech recognition company into the web and mobile markets. Previously he led the Strategic Solutions organization for Genesys Telecommunications and Alcatel-Lucent’s Enterprise Division, responsible for building and scaling new products. Nordale commented, “Cyara provides must-have capabilities for consumer brands. The Company has earned tremendous customer advocacy by ensuring those organizations are consistently delivering precisely the customer experience they’ve designed. Heiner Kruessmann joined Cyara after leading sales and channels pan-EMEA and in the DACH region, for VoxGen, AudioCodes, Alcatel-Lucent and Enterasys, successfully selling to large consumer business and significantly growing those businesses. He is responsible for Cyara in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, where some of the largest and most brand-conscious European companies are headquartered. Kruessmann noted, “Companies in the DACH region are using a multitude of disconnected contact center testing tools and spending vast amounts of time manually testing and re-testing systems, yet still not achieving their goals. I’m thrilled to join Cyara and partner with my customers in the region to cut project costs while ensuring better outcomes.”
