What drew you to a career at Cyara originally and how has the company changed since?
The people here are genuine, and this was evident to me throughout the interviewing process. As the company continues to grow we have been able to maintain the culture here because there is so much focus on the importance of culture.
What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?
There’s never a typical day for a Customer Success Manager here at Cyara. Customer Success Managers get involved in all aspects of the relationship, having to keep a pulsebeat on everything from onboarding new clients, checking in on support tickets, responding to client requests and learning about new upcoming projects, etc. You need to be very good at prioritizing and organizing your day.
Tell us about your work life harmony at Cyara?
Working at Cyara has given me the best work life harmony I’ve ever experienced in my career! Whenever someone has a personal issue or some emergency comes up with kids or a family member, leadership and teammates will tell you “…family first, go take care of your family”. Things happen to all of us where we need to prioritize personal issues, and it puts my mind at ease knowing that my teammates will cover me.
Describe your current role at Cyara.
As a Customer Success Manager here at Cyara, I focus on making sure clients have what they need so they are successful in using the Cyara platform, serving as a daily point of contact and having a relationship with client. It’s my job to let them know about all the different resources available to them along their journey with Cyara. It’s a top priority to work with clients on measuring the value they’re getting from their investment in Cyara.
How would you describe the culture at Cyara?
It is a ‘family first culture’ and everyone here very much appreciates that.
What has been the most empowering moment in your Cyara career journey?
Given that Cyara is in a growth mode, there’s a greater opportunity for all individuals to contribute to the bigger picture. Pitching new initiatives is encouraged and accepted. It’s incredibly empowering when you pitch a new initiative and your leader responds with “that’s a great idea – do it!”
What are you passionate about in your role?
The thing I’m most passionate about is working with my clients. I love helping them and tracking down solutions and answers. Anything I can do to help make their day a little easier makes us all successful. I also love working with the team here at Cyara, everyone in every group is extremely helpful and we are all driven by a common goal of wanting our customers to succeed.
How does Cyara help support your sense of purpose in your career?
I want to be a part of something that’s fun and exciting and that’s in a constant state of change – I have found that here at Cyara. It is like being on a great adventure with a group of friends who are all working to excel at what they do and making sure our clients excel at what they do.
What have you gained from working at Cyara from a career perspective?
I feel connected to the leadership here at Cyara and I truly see how important that is. No matter how busy everyone is, no matter fast we keep growing, I find that our leaders are still very much in touch with what goes on at every level and it is great having their insight, support and guidance.
