Before adopting testRTC and watchRTC, Remote Legal encountered significant challenges in effectively troubleshooting audio and video issues, and monitoring the number of concurrent sessions. Difficulties also existed in measuring improvements in performance quality and comparing their progress against benchmarks.

Through leveraging testRTC and watchRTC, Remote Legal can now significantly improve the quality of the audio and video they provide. The team is also enabled to investigate and troubleshoot any issues in-depth, allowing them to provide detailed feedback and effective solutions for potential problems in real-time.

Over the past year, Remote Legal has invested significantly in automation, and now 100% of their regression testing is automated. API load testing and complete load testing of the platform are conducted using testRTC’s technology. These advancements have allowed Remote Legal to confirm, troubleshoot, isolate, and subsequently address any inefficient code while optimizing their WebRTC SDK to provide the best possible experience. With the ability to quickly measure the impact of changes made by bandwidth constraints, Remote Legal now works to continuously improve and enhance their platform, in line with the evolving needs of their users.
