Cyara Furthers Growth with Appointment of James Isaacs as President

REDWOOD CITY, CA – Oct. 4, 2016 — Cyara Solutions Corp., provider of the market-leading omnichannel discovery, testing, and monitoring platform for delivery of flawless customer experiences, today announced the appointment of James Isaacs in the newly created position of President for Cyara.

Isaacs will be responsible for Cyara’s customer-facing operations which include global sales, marketing, customer support, customer success, and professional services, and advancing Cyara’s global revenue growth. He will provide Cyara’s executive management team with market strategy, corporate performance, and global operations expertise.

Isaacs has 30 years of leadership experience in operations, sales, product management, and development. Previously he was CEO of Mocana Corporation, a secure IoT platform vendor. Prior to Mocana, Isaacs worked in sales, product management, and corporate development positions with Apple, 41st Parameter, Danger, Inc. and Concentric Network Corp.

“James is an absolutely critical addition to Cyara’s executive team,” said Alok Kulkarni, CEO of Cyara. “His experience achieving global scale for a number of high growth, enterprise software companies will be instrumental as we accelerate Cyara’s growth in customer experience testing and monitoring.”

Isaacs earned a BA in International Relations with an emphasis in Economics at Stanford University, and an MBA at University of California, Berkeley.
