Cyara is now calling for submissions for the third annual Cyara CXcellence Awards, also known as the Smileys. These awards will be announced and recipients honored at the Cyara Xchange Summit event in 2022.

The goal of the Cyara CXcellence Awards is to recognize Cyara customers who have achieved exceptional levels of success, with three award categories that represent different dimensions of success with Cyara.

The Awards


New Customer of the Year

This award honors a new customer who has been using Cyara since October 2021, and represents the customer who has gotten up and running most effectively, accelerated their time to value, and delivering real business results.

Light Bulb

Most Innovative Customer

The Most Innovative Customer award is presented to the customer who has demonstrated the most innovative use of the Cyara Platform. They have engaged with Cyara Product Management to drive new features that solve real-world business problems and have an impact on the Cyara roadmap. They constantly push the envelope of what is possible with Cyara.


Best Use of Continuous Testing

The customer honored with this award has achieved the best integration of testing into and across their full development lifecycle. They have connected Cyara into their overall development processes and technology, and are testing early and often.

Guidelines and Submission Process

Award Details

Winners will be featured in a Cyara-issued press release announcing the awards, and will also receive:

  • A personalized Smiley award trophy
  • Royalty-free use of the digital logo representing the Cyara CXcellence Award, for both online and print display
  • A press release template suitable for release by your organization
  • Inclusion in media outreach and promotional materials surrounding the award, including website and social media announcements
  • Public recognition by Cyara at a special awards ceremony, generally at the Cyara Xchange Summit event

Eligibility Requirements

Customers who wish to be considered for the Cyara CXcellence Award must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a current Cyara customer with a live solution
  • Have a compelling test automation/CX monitoring transformation story
  • Send at least one representative from your organization to be in attendance at the next Cyara Xchange Summit event
  • Agree to a written case study and/or customer success video interview
  • Agree to be mentioned in a press release announcing the winners
  • Agree to the use of your company’s name and logo at the Cyara Xchange Summit event, as well as on Cyara social media and digital promotions

Submission Process and Deadlines

Winners in each category will be selected by a panel of Cyara executives, based on the quality and content of the submission.

Award entries must be submitted no later than Aug. 31, 2022.

Download the award submission form and email the completed application to Chris O’Brien at Cyara. Incomplete applications cannot be considered for the award.

Winners will be notified prior to the next Cyara Xchange Summit event, and will be publicly announced and recognized at the event.
