The Inaugural Cyara Customer Smiles Awards were presented at Xchange 2020, a virtual conference focused on responding to the COVID-19 Crisis with CX Initiatives

Recipients of the 2020 Cyara Customer Smiles Awards stand out from their competitors in their demonstration of exemplary commitments to CX and DevOps best practices and innovations. The Cyara Customer Smiles – New Customer of The Year Award is presented to a Cyara customer that has started using the Cyara Automated CX Assurance platform in the past 12 months – since the previous Xchange event in October, 2019. The New Customer of the Year Award recipient, Dutch Bank ABN AMRO, has demonstrated commitment to CX by rapidly and effectively transitioning to the Automated CX Assurance platform, accelerating time to value, and delivering tangible business results through their efforts.

Most Innovative Customer Award
The Cyara Customer Smiles – Most Innovative Customer Award is presented to a Cyara customer that has demonstrated the most innovative use of the Cyara Automated CX Assurance Platform. The Most Innovative Customer Award recipient, Agero, engages with Cyara’s Product Management team to develop new features that solve real-world business problems and constantly push the envelope of what is possible with Cyara.

Best Continuous Testing Award
The Cyara Customer Smiles – Best Continuous Testing Award is presented to a Cyara customer that has achieved the best integration of testing into, and across, their full development lifecycle. The Best Continuous Testing Award recipient, New York’s largest non-profit health insurance provider Healthfirst, has successfully integrated Cyara’s automated testing capabilities into their overall development processes and technology, and are shifting testing left and right throughout the development lifecycle.

The inaugural Cyara’s Customer Smiles Awards were presented at Xchange 2020. The virtual event that took place across two days from Tuesday, Sept. 15 to Wednesday, Sept. 16 – featuring panels, case studies, and insights presented by some of the most forward-thinking customer experience (CX) leaders from across the globe.

This year’s annual Xchange 2020 event convened CX experts to discuss and deliberate how businesses have quickly pivoted their focus on CX initiatives amidst the pandemic.
