The financial services arm of a major automotive manufacturer, a Genesys customer, has been using Cyara’s CX Assurance Platform since 2014. The company relies on Cyara to assure major implementations including its: SIP migration, IP migration, IVR production monitoring, CX mapping, and automated test script generation and regression testing, and most recently omnichannel customer experience.

Major Specialty Food and Beverage Company

The specialty food and beverage company uses Cyara to assure routing to IVR and agents, validate capacity of carrier’s trunks and Genesys Cloud, confirm that agents can login and receive calls, verify that agents can take calls simultaneously, certify that calls remain in queue, and validate that agents completing calls are able to immediately receive new calls.
