CEO’s Update – Q1 2024

As we wrap up Q1 of 2024, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on our progress and express my gratitude for your continued support as a Cyara customer. Over the last few months, we’ve released several new products, expanded our existing solutions, and I am pleased to report that we have made significant strides toward our goal of implementing AI-driven capabilities within the Cyara Platform, designed to help you deliver exceptional CX at scale. We continue to stay on course with our mission: To improve customer experience (CX) for its customers and their customers alike. 

Product Growth

We have been hard at work enhancing our products and services to better meet your needs. From feature updates to performance improvements, we are dedicated to delivering a superior experience. As a trusted partner for organizations in all industries across Fortune-2000 large blue-chip customers, Cyara is at the forefront of the AI Chatbots & digital transformation that is set to disrupt the mission-critical $1.2T CX industry. To this end, I would like to make sure you’re aware of a few key updates: 

  • Number Trust: Our latest product, Cyara Number Trust, is a call line identification (CLI) assurance solution that allows you to visually monitor how your customers are receiving your outbound calls. 
  • SMS Testing: The Cyara SMS solution is an API that enables you to test the delivery to and from mobile carriers in over 50 countries. Through the Cyara SMS API integration, you can test applications such as SMS for 2FA, SMS for fintech, and SMS for alerts and notifications. 
  • Expanded CVAs: This month we released Cyara Virtual Agent (CVA) for Genesys Cloud CX with new chat capabilities. This is in complement to the many CVAs we’ve built to test specific platforms and functionality so that any company, with any contact center platform can assure their customer journeys.   
  • Botium LLM Capabilities: Coming soon to Botium, we’ll be bringing you AI-driven modules built to enhance key areas of the product and deliver advanced logic and controls to your conversational AI bots, starting with increased fact checking capabilities. More details on this to come.

I’m pleased to announce that our Executive Leadership Team has recently expanded to include several new members, each bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. With these additions, we are better positioned than ever to drive innovation, deliver exceptional service, and exceed your expectations. We’ve recently welcomed to the Cyara team: 

  • Brian Brady, Chief Financial Officer 
  • Mitch Risner, Chief Revenue Officer 
  • Jeff Lyons, Chief Customer Officer 
  • Janet Vito, Senior Vice President of Marketing 
  • Ruby White, Senior Vice President of Human Resources

I’m also humbled by the recognition that Cyara has received for our position as an industry leader and for AI-led innovation that marks our brand as a one-of-a-kind standout solution. Over the past two quarters, Cyara has been named the recipient of:

  • Enterprise Connect’s Most Innovative Use of AI for Cyara Botium  
  • TMC’s CUSTOMER Product of the Year for Cyara Botium  
  • Biz Award’s Bronze Winner in Enterprise Product of the Year – All Other Software for Cyara Botium  
  • TMC’s 2024 CRM Excellence Award for the Cyara Platform
