Cyara Announces the Opening of the 2021 CXcellence Awards for Customer Success, Innovation and Achievement

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – July 27, 2021 – Cyara, provider of the award-winning Automated CX Assurance Platform today announced the details surrounding its second annual Cyara CXcellence Awards. Also known as the Smileys, these awards recognize Cyara customers and partners who have demonstrated exemplary commitments to customer experience (CX) and DevOps best practices and innovations.

“Every new year brings with it an unpredictable set of challenges and obstacles that CX-focused businesses must overcome,” said Alok Kulkarni, CEO and Co-Founder of Cyara. “We are very excited to celebrate our customers’ dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences over the past year and present them with an award that recognizes their commitment.”

WHAT: The goal of the Cyara CXcellence Awards is to recognize Cyara customers who have achieved exceptional levels of success, with three award categories that represent different dimensions of success with Cyara. Recipients of the 2021 Cyara CXcellence Awards will be recognized for standing out from their competitors by demonstration of their exemplary accomplishments relating to CX and DevOps. The award categories include:

  • New Customer of the Year: This award honors a new customer who has been using Cyara no later than October 2020, and represents the customer who has gotten up and running most effectively, accelerated their time to value, and delivered real business results.
  • Most Innovative Customer: This award is presented to the customer who has demonstrated the most innovative use of the Cyara Platform. They have engaged with Cyara Product Management to drive new features that solve real-world business problems and have an impact on the Cyara roadmap. They constantly push the envelope of what is possible with Cyara.
  • Best Use of Continuous Testing: The customer honored with this award has achieved the best integration of testing into and across their full development lifecycle. They have connected Cyara into their overall development processes and technology, and are testing early and often.

WHEN: Award entries must be submitted no later than Aug. 31, 2021. Download the award submission form and email the completed application to Chris O’Brien at Cyara.
