Cyara CX Assurance Platform Recognized Among Automated Testing Solutions in Continuous Functional Test Automation Suites, Q2 2020 Report by Independent Research Firm

Report notes that Cyara has a leading position in the contact center testing space

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – July 14, 2020 – Cyara, provider of the award-winning Automated CX Assurance Platform, today announced that Forrester, a research and advisory firm that analyzes the impact of technologies, acknowledged Cyara among the top providers in The Forrester Wave™: Continuous Functional Test Automation Suites, Q2 2020 report. The report notes that Cyara’s go-to-market focuses on testing contact center applications that are modernizing delivery with Agile and DevOps, and it offers broad test automation capabilities.

According to a blog post by Diego Lo Giudice, report author VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester, “… being among the top 15 players in the market in a Forrester Wave™ evaluation is always a win. Why? Because the vendors are being compared with a peer group of test automation vendors that form, based on Forrester’s research, the top 15 performers among all.”

The report states, “vendors that can provide a smart, integrated suite with seamless access to an extended set of capabilities position themselves to successfully deliver faster, lower-cost, and smarter testing to their customers.”

According to the report, Cyara has “a leading position in the contact center testing space and suits clients that need to test contact center apps that are running on or migrating to cloud and part of a broader enterprise digital transformation that focuses on CX.” Cyara received the highest scores possible from Forrester in both the “Market Approach” and the “Partner Ecosystem” criteria.
