Cyara-PagerDuty Integration

Customer Experience (CX) systems are business-critical. Cyara Automated CX Assurance, the world’s leading CX testing and monitoring platform, features integrations with PagerDuty to automate CX incident management. Users can create incident tickets in PagerDuty, enabling rapid response and reduced mean time to repair (MTTR).

With this integration, Cyara Pulse and PagerDuty work together, facilitating collaboration and coordination within teams. When Cyara Pulse identifies an operational issue in the CX, the user can automatically create a PagerDuty ticket. To speed issue resolution, teams can set thresholds in Cyara Pulse to automatically create and clear tickets.

How the Cyara-PagerDuty Integration Works

Cyara has partnered with PagerDuty to better align teams and automate incident management. How? Cyara’s Pulse creates PagerDuty incident tickets for Pulse test case failures. Users have the ability and control to set thresholds to their desired specifications, building customized cadence for automatically creating and clearing tickets based on Cyara test results. From Pulse, teams can send real-time notifications to users on the App.
